After you have made a commitment to yourself you will have to learn some new habits. The greatest new habit will be to learn how to eat a little healthier. Eating more fruits will be a great start. You might not be a great fruit eater start by eating the fruits that you like and then decide that every week you will try a new fruit. Not long, you will be eating fruits you never though you would. Add veggies to your diet, with whole grains and low-fat dairy products. Your body need these foods because they are high in nutrition.
