Common sense plays a role with any all natural skin care regimen. If you have inflamed, bruised or sensitive skin, do not use dry skin brushing on these areas. If it feels "wrong" don't continue.

Generally, people see and feel optimum results when done on a daily basis for about 5 months. However, you may start to see a difference in your skin in as little as a few weeks. Especially, if your skin is dry.
