How high quality are your products?
Our products are of the best quality. We only buy from manufacturers who can display good manufacturing practices (when we buy from the UK) and follow iso guidelines etc.
So you know with all out products they are of very very high quality, which is what we pride ourselves on.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is only £1.95 for UK orders no matter how much you order. You can choose to have your order sen by courier which is £4.50. International orders are £3.95.
How are deliveries sent?
All our deliveries are sent via Royal mail. Orders over £15 are sent via recorded delivery. You can also choose to have your delivery sent by courier.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail.
We may occasionally use other postal services but these wont effect how long they take to arrive.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch all orders the same day if we recieve them before 1pm.
You will recieve an email once your order has been despatched and you should receive your order a day or two after that.
international deliveries can take longer.
Is everything on your website in stock?
Yes we keep everything in stock. If it is to be out of stock for a period of time then we will show it as out of stock on the website.
If we are expecting a delivery we will leave it in stock so that you can still order from us knowing it will be despatched shortly.
What methods of payement do you accept?
We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. You can pay for your orders using your Credit or Debit card via PayPal.
We also accept payments by cheque or money/postal order.
Can you find a product for me?
We can certainly try. We are always looking for more items to add to our stock, so any ideas or single items you would like please let us know and we can try to stock them.
