If you start diet, this means you will stop eat carbohydrates. Carbohydrates contain high amount sugar. Your body will burn sugar instead of fat. So eating carbohydrates isn't a good idea, when you're on diet. If you start diet, this means you will control your food intake. Although there are many dieters on diet, they cannot keep on going. This is why they always break their diet plan within 30 days. They cannot keep their weight off.
