Do you think that you would look better in your prom dress if you were a few pounds lighter? Would just a few pounds make all the difference? I know exactly how you feel. If the body is deprived of regular food it thinks that there could be a period coming up when there is no food available. Yes, that is true! How many times have you tried not eating and you still did not lose weight, well apart from the water that disappears and then as soon as you stop dieting the water gets retained again and yet again on goes that weight. Therefore we need to confuse the body so that it has no idea whether to store food up or not.

Is it really possible to change your body in 11 days?

You can change your bodyweight quite a lot over the next 11 days and to do it you'll be required to eat more than 3 times per day. There is a program that requires you to eat four times per day. This is so that there is no period in the day when the body starts to think that there might be a famine ahead and it had better start storing some. This program says that you can lose 9 lbs in 11 days. That is probably enough for you to feel a heck of a lot lighter and better but if not, then have a rest for 3 days during which time you can eat whatever you like (perhaps apart from chocolate) and then do another 11 day cycle to reduce a bit more.
